When everything is getting on top of you at work, the best thing is to sit down and write down what you need to do and when it’s due by. That way, you can prioritise what you need to be doing first. If you keep organised, you are bound to beat stress at work. Buy a calender and keep on top of writing down everything that is occurring at work in the next month. That way, you will not have any shock deadlines!
Take a break
Stress can occur in the workplace when you are not giving yourself a break. A lot of people don’t bother to have their lunch break at work anymore, but it’s so important to give your brain a break. If you are a smoker, you should be entitled to smoking breaks at least once or twice a day. Make sure you are not skipping meals as this can lead you to feel more stressed. And drink more water when you need to; too much caffeine can mean you will feel irate.
